INTRODUCTION
Mutton Dhansak is a famous and signature dish which is derived from Parsi Cuisine. It is known for its rich aromatic flavor and unique cooking style. It is a wholesome preparation that combines tender mutton with some vegetables and lentils as well as proper amount of spices. It is considered as a proper balance dish with all the necessary nutrients as well as it contains both salty, spicy as well as sweet flavor.

HOW TO COOK MUTTON DHANSAK:
STEP 1: Marinate the mutton with mustard oil , all the regular powder spices and salt and rest it for atleast 30 minutes.
STEP 2: Take a pan add some oil and then add onion and ginger garlic paste along with the chopped tomatoes ,add some salt into it so that tomatoes gets soften and fry it until the oil gets separated .
STEP 3: Now its time to add the marinated mutton and cook very well for atleast 20 minutes.
STEP 4: Once the mutton is cooked , now its time to transfer then into pressure cooked. Now add all the vegetables like potatoes, pumpkin and eggplant and also add the main ingredients of this dish which is the three kinds of lentils (toor,masoor and moong) and cook them all together and Waite for atleast 8 whistle to get to enjoy the tender and juicy pieces of mutton.
STEP 5: Now open the lid of pressure cooker and add some garam masala, stair it and keep it as it is for more 5 min to get the flavor enhanced in the dish.
STEP 6: Now turn off the flame and serve the delicious mutton dhansak in a serving bowl and sprinkle some coriander leaves from the top and serve it with steamed rice or roti and enjoy hot.
